Tabs that used to appear on the old fan page are now known as apps on the new Facebook timeline. With their new location and customizable tab image, they visually grab your customer’s attention.
Use apps to keep your fans updated with news or store changes, or keep them engaged and active by offering contests, sweepstakes, newsletter updates, or RSVP’s. You can also create a call to action tab for newsletter or appointment signups.
